SS&C Technologies delivers mission-critical software products and services to the global financial services market, supporting the front, middle, and back office processing needs of industry professionals. SS&C provides software, consulting, and premium outsourcing services to eight industries: Alternate Investments, Asset Management, Insurance & Pension Funds, Financial Institutions, Municipal Finance, Real Estate Property management, Commercial Lending, and Corporate Treasury.      Web Development Engineer   SS&C FundRunner is the leading supplier of CRM tools to the alternative financial services industry. We are looking for an exceptional, experienced Web Development Engineer in the San Francisco financial district to expand our present web application offering and build our new generation of web services.    Major areas of responsibility include: Ongoing support and improvements to the FundRunner InvestorSite application in Cold Fusion MX Programming of new client web sites Architecture and conversion of the InvestorSite application and related web sites to the FundRunner Marathon platform Development of new web services platform Web systems and services troubleshooting

Required Skills: BA / BS or equivalent in Computer Science or related field 3+ years experience developing Web applications 3+ years experience developing in Cold Fusion (MX),HTML and Javascript 3+ years experience with SQL server web backends including queries, stored procedure and database design 3+ years Web Services ASP.NET, AJAX or related experience preferred Ability to plan, work independently and meet deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Additional Experience Desirable: Experience in financial services Consulting or client-facing skills SS&C FundRunner provides full benefits including 401K matching and tuition reimbursements.
