Wire Transfer SpecialistZions Bancorporation seeks a talented and motivated individual as a Wire Transfer Specialist.The Wire Transfer Specialist sends, receives and processes wire transfers. Prepares, processes and maintains documentation related to wires. Prepares and enters all GL entries to the on-line systems. Reconciles, balances and adjusts GL accounts and client accounts as effected by the wire process. Assures all necessary wire information is properly and accurately completed. Maintains wire logs and properly executed wire documentation to comply with audit standards. Assists both internal and external clients in executing proper wire information and handles all inquiries and investigates issues within positions' latitude. May evaluate, respond and correct any audit exceptions or concerns related to wires. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent some experience in bank operations, accounting, wires or other directly related experience. Basic knowledge of accounting and balancing principles and bank operations. Must have good of word processing and spreadsheet programs. Must have good customer service and communication skills.
