Word Processing Administrative Assistant

Mid-sized CPA firm seeks Word Processing Administrative Assistant with experience preparing financial documents including financial statements, management letters, engagement letters and other documents.  Must have 2 to 5 years experience working in an accounting, financial or legal environment.  Other requirements include:Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Word and Excel; Ability to make changes to own documents; Ability to proofread own documents in time sensitive situations; Able to adapt to shifting priorities; Administrative functions including sending out Overnight Mail, answering phones, working with messenger services, sending faxes; Provide back-up to other department functional roles including reception and reproduction.
