Workflow Policies and Procedures Consultant

 

· Understand and implement work flow processes and procedures (streamlining); ability to incorporate information to on-line documentation (i.e., employee manual)

 

· Understand the accrual process and able to perform benchmarking

 

· Work with management to implement evaluation process and documentation of employee performance, structure, the diameter of skill sets and overall structure of each position and how it fits within the department (i.e. importance, relevance to other positions within groups, etc.)

 

· Be able to transform all manual processes to automated system format which will be implemented within one year---ability to assist and manage the legwork involved in this transformation. 

 

· Understand the “procure to pay” (online requisition approval) model (automated procurement process)

 

· Ability to measure business, build controls

 

· Must understand aspects of G/L, A/P, P/R, procurement and the process flow of a paperless environment and help client work on all aspects of the conversion process, from manual to automated

 

· Client going to Imaging Workflow environment

 

ERP knowledge preferred

Lawson experience preferred, but not mandatory

Excellent financial systems knowledge
