Our cleint manufactures, fabricates and distributes Specialty Insulation Systems for commercial and industrial applications around the world. 

CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED ACCOUNTS PAYABLE PERSON

basic function - maintain vendor accounts aon a monthly cycle, including receipt and payment of vendor invoices through balancing Accoutns Payable to Trial Balance

WORK PERFORMED- must know MAS 200*********

Data entry of invoices, credits, debits, posting to correct monthly cycle,  Print Checks using cash requirements report, match to invoices and prepare for mailing.

process ach/eft payments to employees, inter office companies or vendors

research and resolve vendor and invoice issues for non inventory purchases, review and code vendor invoices for general ledger, maintain vendor maintenance files, updating it as needed

maintain open invoice files, maintain paid invoice files

peform other duties and assignments as directed or requested by management

request and maintain w-9 files for new vendors, maintain 1099 reporting, back up for the receptionist 2 hours a day

must have strong oral and written skills, telephone etiquette, filing, organization, customer service.
