ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

 

The largest and longest standing multi-cultural advertising agencies in the USA, we have an exciting opportunity for an Account Director prepared for DAY ONE.  Our headquarters, located in SoHo, offer the right person a chance to write their own ticket and make a stamp on leading Fortune 50 client’s consumer packaged goods clients.

 

Position in located in NEW YORK CITY, relocation assistance provided.

 

General Responsibilities:Serve as key leader on client accounts; manage all designated team members.  Strengthen the existing client relationships. Work internally with Finance, Media, Interactive, Planning and Creative Departments to ensure the best insightful and on target messaging; provide credible ability to deliver all agreements. Forecast, grow and manage client revenue streams; capture opportunities to successfully create organic growth. Analyze campaign results, recommend necessary improvements to clients. Understand the clients’ products, markets and competition Develop, prepare and defend key written client materials and internal documentation. Project and be held accountable for budgets, forecasts and revenue generation Hire, train and develop support staff.

 

Requirements:Five prior Account Management, in an advertising agency, with a MINIMUM two years as a manager; demonstrating progressive growth over a full campaign cycle AACM marketing experience Bachelors in Communications, Marketing, Advertising or related discipline Proven communication effectiveness, read, write and deliver high quality presentations. Computer proficiency including MS Office Suite, Ability to travel and work extended hours as needed.
