DESCRIPTION

Who you are:
Your primary role is to provide world-class execution and client leadership. You have mastered the core disciplines of project execution as well as gained client confidence and respect. You will maintain the primary roles and responsibilities of an Account Supervisor further developing client leadership and strategic thinking. You are expected to have outstanding oral/written skills, have a thorough working knowledge your client's business and the associated Agency financials.

Responsibilities:

• Plans and manages client workflow throughout the agency from project initiation to project completion and billing.
• Facilitates internal communication and ensures all cross-functional team members understand project parameters and scope of work.
• Keeps team members informed of project developments and issues via regular status meetings and published status reports.
• Proactively identifies and formulates solutions to potential project challenges.
• Compiles a historical file for each project including; all developmental documentation and creative, production documentation and creative, as well as source and file printed samples.
• Provides more strategic approach to the work assignments given by the client in support of the Account Supervisor (vs. simple execution)
• Constantly brings new, innovative thinking to the business
• Continues to strengthen the depth of cross-functional Agency relationships
• Mentors/supervises AAE or AE on business
