ADMINISTRATIVE/EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

A leading marketing/advertising agency is seeking positive, articulate, dependable assistants who enjoy working as part of a team in a challenging creative environment. SPECIFIC SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR JOB

 

·  3-4 years experience as an executive assistant in a client-service business. Ad agency preferred. 

·  Tenacity required. Person needs to grab a project, execute it and add value in the process.

·  Self-starter and self-motivator. This person will need to invent solutions be able to deploy them across the team.

·  Team mentality. This person will need to walk that fine line between entrepreneur and member of a team.

·  Positive, uplifting, can-do attitude. This person should inspire the people around him/her and create positive morale.
