We are currently seeking an Assistant Account Executive to join our Tarrytown, New York team of professionals:

 POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:Order Entry Processing, Updating & invoicingMedia Campaign Status TrackingMonthly Coordination of Tear Sheets and Samples of Client MailingsAssist in Preparing Client / Prospect Presentations Liaison with Vendors / Media ManagersProvide Support to Account ExecutivesPerform Other Duties As Assigned

POSITION REQUIRTMENTS:BA/BS Degree – Business or Marketing Preferred 2 or More Years of Related ExperienceAbility to Communicate Effectively, Both Written and Verbally  Ability to Organize, Prioritize Multiple Tasks/Responsibilities and Meet DeadlinesHigh Level of Attention to DetailMust Be Able to Trouble-shoot, Problem solve, & Work Under Tight DeadlinesComputer Skills: Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point. Lotus Notes a plus!Must be Outgoing, Energetic and Team-Oriented
