Account Coordinator - Entry Level

Thomas Direct Sales, Inc. is a promotional agency offering a full range of services, including promotional products, premium and incentive programs, importing, on-site design and illustration, graphic arts, e-commerce development, and a state-of-the-art warehouse and high-speed distribution center. We are currently seeking an Account Coordinator to assume the following responsibilities in our fast-paced, deadline driven environment:

 

You will:

- Manage the work-flow of promotional orders placed by our clients

- Ensure the accuracy, timing, and proper completion of promotional orders

- Act as the point of contact for our clients and provide them with excellent customer service

- Determine potential complications and execute solutions or alternative methods of operation

- Act as a liaison between our vendors, clients, and Account Executives

- Approve order invoices and billing
