Account Coordinator

Proactively manage an assigned portfolio of small business advertising accounts to ensure optimal performance, client satisfaction, and retention.

 

  Responsibilities:Assume responsibility for client relationships post-saleAct as the single point of contact for assigned clients via phone and emailSet up new client accounts and manage campaign implementationPrepare, present, and enhance media plans for both new and retention clients, including TV, Internet search, radio, and other advertising mediumsPrepare, present, and explain reports to clients showing campaign statuses and resultsConduct campaign performance audits and make recommendations for optimizationConvince clients to renew and expand campaigns through proactive communication and a consultative sales approachAchieve personal and department sales and retention goalsSolve technical and fulfillment problems for clientsUnderstand and articulate all Spot Runner products, services, and benefitsUnderstand and articulate all Spot Runner policies, procedures, and advertising guidelinesPerform other duties of a similar nature as needed

  Requirements:Recent advertising agency experience with TV, SEM / SEO, or Radio is a plusProven ability to manage and expand client relationshipsSales goal orientedStrong analytical skillsExceptional verbal and written communication skillsExtraordinary interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to work effectively by phone and email in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentEnjoy extensive interaction with peopleFlexible with schedulingPC savvy with extensive experience using the Internet, Office applications, and CRM tools
