Account Director, Client Services- Direct Mail Agency (EZ)

My client, a DIRECT  MARKETING AGENCY, is seeking an energetic ACCOUNT DIRECTOR, CLIENT SERVICES who has experience working with non-profit clients in developing their DIRECT MAIL/EMAIL/TELEMARKETING Fundraising PROGRAMS!

 

The ideal candidate will manage Direct Marketing Campaigns  for their non-profit clients serving as senior client contact.  Will also manage staff who execute the direct mail/email/telemarketing programs.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·  Manage direct marketing campaigns from strategy development through creative, audience segmentation, data processing and production.

·  Conduct analysis and make recommendations for strategic and tactical improvements to program

·  Create annual program budget and manage to budget throughout the year.

·  Key client contact for program planning, strategy and program evaluation.

·  Manage team resources across multiple disciplines to ensure program objectives are met.

 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years experience in direct marketing /direct mail, Fundraising and non-profit experience is preferred (but not required),

Outstanding analytical abilities required.

Previous management experience required.

Outstanding relationship building and communication skills required.

Must be proficient in MS Office Suite.

Excellent understanding of database tools.
