Our ideal candidate has exceptional skills, energy and commitment, plus:

 Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of agency experience at the junior level, 5 years at mid level and 8 years at the senior level Substantial experience working on direct mail and a comfort working in other media including television/DTV, radio, print and online Superior communication and presentation skills High level of comfort in front of clients Experience working on pharmaceuticals; technology, finance a plus Superior organizational skills and ability to meet high standards for quality and accuracy under tight deadlines An understanding of the economic impact of marketing programs and the key drivers impacting program financials A comprehensive understanding of relationship marketing techniques and how they are utilized to meet client objectives Solid reasoning, problem-solving and project management skills Ability to work well collaboratively
