Account Management



The AM position is responsible for assisting veterinary clinics with their data transfer to http://www.healthypetmagazine.com/. The AM will provide data export instructions to clinics via the telephone. The AM must be extremely well organized, an excellent communicator and able to work within the Account Management team. The AM is responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with our clients, leveraging that relationship to promote additional products and services. The AM  is the primary point of contact for our clients, maintaining their account and answering questions and concerns.

Experience with the following is required:

Previous experience in a phone position Microsoft Internet Explorer, Outlook, Excel and Word Windows 95/98/XP
