Account Manager - Creative Services

 

Virtuoso is a sales and marketing services company that enables luxury travel consultants to deliver unique, personalized travel experiences. As “Specialists in the Art of Travel”, Virtuoso consultants develop customized client itineraries that incorporate the world’s premier cruise lines, tour operators and hotel partners - as well as local guides in over 70 countries. 

 

A company with a 50-year history of leadership and innovation in the travel industry, Virtuoso is currently looking for an Account Manager, Creative Services.  This position may work out of our Seattle or Fort Worth office.

 

Position Summary: The Account Manager – Creative Services oversees the production of Virtuoso’s corporate print marketing and branding initiatives and works closely with the Senior Manager – Creative Services in the production and distribution of these campaigns.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1.     Oversee all Virtuoso-sponsored meetings collateral, such as Travel Mart, Overseas Symposium, regional meetings and preferred supplier marketing meetings, including production work.

2.     Provide creative direction and feedback to freelance writers and designers.

3.     Manage all corporate collateral requests, including business cards, to ensure brand accuracy and timely delivery.

4.     Work with Virtuoso Members to fulfill requests for Virtuoso-branded ad slicks.

5.     Design and compile all corporate Power Point presentations.

6.     Initiate and manage routine communication with Virtuoso staff and vendors as they relate to print marketing and branding initiatives.

7.     Research print options and assemble creative briefs outlining Creative Services projects.

8.     Possible travel required – both domestic and international.

 

Educational and Skills Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field

·         5 years experience in related field

·         Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem solve in a deadline-driven environment

·         Strong organizational and written skills

·         Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

·         Proficient in Adobe CS3, Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft PowerPoint on a Mac

·         Advanced PC skills, including MSWord, MSExcel, Outlook and Internet navigation
