Account Manager - Online Advertising

Specific Media is an innovative technology and online media company founded in 1999. We are positioned among the top five US ad network companies.  In addition, we are the only ad network to offer a Premium Network and comprehensive suite of targeting capabilities which enables advertisers to reach target audiences online with nearly 100% accuracy.  We are currently looking for a  talented and organized Account Manager to add to our growing team.

 

The Account Manager manages client advertising campaigns from conception to launch.  This includes supporting the Account Executives in the initial planning, implementation and optimization of each account in order to ensure expected delivery and client satisfaction.

  Responsibilities also include: Conduct follow-up phone calls for signed insertion orders, rate request and creative. Respond to and facilitate requests from marketers, online advertisers, and agencies. Add and maintain all client contacts in Netsuite. Generate reports, lead lists, campaign stats and more. Run daily reports in third party ad servers, i.e. Atlas/Dart. Pace ad campaigns to ensure complete delivery for client.Maintain ongoing communication with ad sales, advertisers, publishers and traffic department to ensure smooth ad palcement and resolution of issues. 

  Qualifications:

 

· Must possess superb organizational, written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and manage priorities.

· Must have excellent details skills and ability to meet deadlines.

· Must be a highly motivated and team player.

· Must be proficient in MS Office, including Excel.

· Exposure to Netsuite or similar CRM helpful.

 

Education and/or Experience:

 

· AA degree required.

· One year sales support experience preferred.

· Previous interactive media industry experience extremely helpful.
