VP, Account Director (Oncology) ($130-170k+) Motivate, lead, and develop a high performance account team on strategic/business development and tactical implementation Build and maintain strong client relationships, monitoring company/client relationship and resolving day-to-day account issues. Collaborate with other departments to ensure continuity, quality, timely delivery of programs, and optimal client satisfaction. Select, prepare, and collaborate with KOLs. Oversee contract development and overall budget development and approval Seek out new business opportunities and expansion of existing accounts.
Requires 7-10+ years experience as a senior account manager with a medical communications company; Oncology experience; BA/BS; degree in biology or biochemistry a plus.
SVP, Account Director (RA Launch) (200K+)Advise clients on message development, marketing strategies and tactical recommendations.Serve as a senior resource for client to continuously monitor company/client relationship and ensure resolution of day-to-day account issues Ensure that programs are completed accurately, on time, and within budget. Responsible for overall profitability and growth of accounts.Interface with key opinion leaders to help facilitate initiatives.Initiate strategic and tactical brainstorming sessions across all initiatives within the company.Present company’s capabilities to ensure clients have a clear understanding of the company’s complete offering. Identify and seek out new business opportunities and expansion of existing accounts.Submit forecast of annual goals and objectives, including proposals for generating new business and business expansion activities.
Requires 10+ years experience as a senior manager with a medical communications company; RA experience; BA/BS; degree in biology or biochemistry a plus.
Senior Account Manager ($80-100k)Strategic development of programs, advising clients on message development, marketing strategies and tactical recommendations. Manage the execution of program initiatives including content, project/timeline management, coordination of team activities, and budget/financial tracking. Resolve day-to-day account issues and maintain strong client relationships Collaborate with clients, KOLs, and other departments to ensure continuity, quality, and timely delivery of programs. Develop proposals and budgets. Assist in new business pitches.
Requires 5-7 years experience in the medical communication/education industry; demonstrated marketing acumen at both a strategic and tactical level; some management experience; BA/BS degree
Meeting Manager ($60-80k)Execute about 100 meetings per year including advisory boards, dinner meetings, speaker training and symposia.Coordinate logistics including site selection, contract negotiations, accommodations, food & beverage, audio-visual, and off-property events. Develop client RFP’s, establish budgets and complete reconciliationResponsible for on-site meeting management and supervision. Ensure programs’ activities adhere to PhARMA guidelines.Identify new innovations and technologies to streamline processes. 60%+ travel to domestic and some international destinations.
Requires 3-4+ years experience medical meeting planning; CMP preferred; BA/BS degree.
