Account Representative – Pennsylvania

Position Summary:  We are seeking an experienced, successful person who will help to spearhead the company’s new business development and channel activity in the Pennsylvania territory.  The optimal candidate will be someone who can confidently put together an action plan for themselves and execute it!  This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

Company Overview:  We are an early-stage media company with groundbreaking products that enable our customers to leverage the latest wireless and Internet 2.0 technologies to reach and develop on-line relationships with their target audience.  .

Our optimal candidate will have a successful background in healthcare media sales or advertising agency sales focused on the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Building upon your successful sales track record, you will: Identify and close new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries Develop a go-to-market strategy for the territory Build and manage a pipeline of strategic opportunities sufficient to achieve aggressive revenue targets Respond to and follow up in-bound inquiries Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support where needed

Skills and Experience: Prefer at least three years experience selling services to the healthcare or pharmaceutical industries including demonstrated success selling to healthcare institutions Experience working with channel sales resources to quickly close early wins designed to excite, motivate and ignite channel programs Ability to build strong contacts at the senior management levels of prospective clients Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills – ability to build highly effective PowerPoint decks and proposals is a must Must have the ability to sell complex solutions involving significant dollar amounts Ability to balance competing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines Ability to present and sell effectively at the board room level

·  Ability to travel up to 50%

·  Ability to provide accurate and timely reporting of activity and forecasts

·  Share best practices among team members

·  Must be adept in use of MS Office 2000 or later

·  Must have an interest in technology and the ability to confidently and effectively project that interest and understanding to prospects

Education:  A BS or BA degree (Business or Marketing preferred), MBA or advanced degree a plus

Territory:  Pennsylvania (primarily Philadelphia area)

Salary:  generous salary + significant commission potential + full benefits package + equity position + expenses
