Account Service

 

This PA based account service team will be responsible for the day to day management and execution of national consumer promotion and national trade promotion programs.  The team will work as a cohesive unit driving integration between national CP and trade for each of the brands’ businesses.  Team will assist the client in the development and execution of plans based on strategies set by the brand and will be responsible for program ROI.

 

Currently, the team will consist of 2-4 Account Supervisors and 2 Account Executives.

 

Results oriented candidates should possess the following:

 Advertising agency experience (2-7 years minimum)  ANDRetail/trade marketing experience  (5+ years)  ORNational consumer promotion experience (5+  years)

 

The ideal candidate(s) must demonstrate their ability to:

 Manage multiple priorities and brands Deliver a solid client product, meeting or exceeding expectationsSolid thought leadership and ability to develop and execute strategic marketing opportunitiesProven track record of successful relationship building, outstanding written and oral communication skills, and attention to detail.

 

Role/Responsibilities:

 

- This team will report to the Malone Management Supervisor based in Akron, Ohio.

- On-site support of Client business – work with client to develop, manage and implement national consumer promotion OR national trade programs.

- Support Client consumer promotions OR trade managers.

- Understand each brands’ objectives and strategic imperatives and drive quality, results oriented programming against each.

 

- Participate in national planning

- Participate in key trade meetings with top accounts

- Understand the brand advertising and drive integration of CP and trade programming

- Learn and understand the inner-workings of the client process including key approvals, developmental process and legal requirements

- Leverage Agency assets to support each brand

 

 

- Understand the key imperatives in building a successful consumer promotions or trade plan.  Working knowledge of CP and/or trade tactics with ability to execute them flawlessly.

- Knowledgeable of Client annual corporate marketing initiatives and application within each brand

- Develop productive and respectful relationship with all client personnel.

- Drives on-going opportunities with client businesses to maintain and grow Malone’s position/role within client.

- Manage execution of programs with Akron based account service support, creative and production services.
