ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR –  Digital Marketing

 General description and duties:Integral member of client team with the agency and the client overseeing development and management of client businessProvides category expertise and leadership in guiding internal teams across the agency to meet client goalsManagement of account support and account teamsDevelops rapport with clients troubleshooting conflicts as they ariseDevelops, recommends and presents strategic solutions (web marketing, direct response, data & analytic, etc.) which build brand equity and delivers measurable results for the clientPlans and sells assignments that are on strategy and appropriate for client requirements, as well as can be appropriately budgeted and delivered to benefit both the client and MRM.Involved in client meetings, conceptualizing ideas, and overall liaison with Creative, Account, Project Management teams(s), and ClientChampion of client strategy throughout MRM teamsResponsible for growth and profitability of assigned accounts, attains annual revenue and contribution margin targetsEnsures that the financial aspects of the account(s) are managed according to agency proceduresInvolved in new business development including  discipline expansion within existing clientsFacilitates and supports agency and account specific training for team and clientIn collaboration with Executive Management and HR, oversees selection, performance management, employee relations, training and related staffing  matters pertaining to team in accordance to agency policy and procedureWorks with other senior management staff to maximize the service offering and collaborate on other business goals in home office or across the networkDevelops core area(s) of expertise (either discipline or functional – i.e., digital marketing or new business, etc.)For new hires, satisfactory completion of 101-series training seminars  Satisfactory completion of at least one Leadership Training Module

 

Experience and credentials:

 

·  5+ years of relevant experience in digital/interactive space

·  1+ years agency experience

·  Regarded as a knowledgeable resource in core discipline

·  1+ years supervisory of 2 or more direct reports

·  Understands the internal and external process for execution

·  Proven new business success

·  Successful experience in relationships with senior level clients

·  Experienced in budget development and management, including creating staffing plans

·  Regularly delivers quality work (creatively and strategically solid) within budget parameters
