Account Supervisor-Health and Wellness Division
Seismicom is a brand promotion agency headquartered in San Francisco with offices in New York and Argentina. Seismicom has extensive experience in Traditional Sales Promotion, Online Promotions, Direct Marketing, Promotional Advertising, Merchandising, Event Marketing, and Sponsorship Consulting.
Seismicom is currently seeking an experienced Account Supervisor for a new role in our Health and Wellness division. The Account Supervisor will be responsible for identifying and contacting prospective clients, generating sales, proposals, preparing, and delivering sales materials. The ideal candidate is able to contribute to developing strategic long term brand visions for our clients. The Account Supervisor supports the New Business Development Team to manage the client relationship, solving the client’s marketing problems, and identifying/recommending opportunities for account growth.
Responsibilities:
· Identify and propose potential business developments by contacting potential partners; discover and explore opportunities
· Screen potential business developments by analyzing marketing strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financialsEnsures communications are coordinated, support sales plan objectives and meet organizational expenditure requirements in conjunction with the NBD team.Manages multiple channel selling strategiesManage the agency/client relationship to ensure that all client objectives are met and exceededProvide direction to the project team and supervise the implementation of client plans and programs, insuring that creative implementation is consistent with approved strategyWork with various departments to ensure accuracy and completeness before projects, and maintain costs within parameters outlined in the estimated budget, keeping internal and Client team members apprised of potential overagesPromote Seismicom products – cross sell and up sell when applicableResearch, understand and anticipate clients’ interests, needs and preferences in order to provide value-added service before, during and after projectsDevelop and lead effective client presentationsEstablish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising or medical technology / science based field such as chemistry or biologyAt least 6-8 years of agency experience, with at least 3 years in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or healthcare providersStrong background in healthcare, bio-tech, high-tech Presentation skills a mustCold Calling ExpertExcellent strategic skills as well as project management abilityProduct launch and FDA experienceDevelop and execute tactical and strategic marketing strategiesWork with internal and external departments while meeting all deadlines Provide top quality work to our clients using edge tools and technologyStrong writing, and communication skills are essentialEntrepreneurial by nature; solid relationship-building skills; strong service orientation proven project management and organizational abilitiesExtremely high energy, work ethic, and stamina to perform consistently and at a high level in a very demanding environmentProficiency in Microsoft office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
