BarkleyREI is seeking a multi-talented Interactive Account Supervisor to contribute to its goal of superior client service through a complete understanding of the interactive space and its endless capabilities. This position includes direct client interaction, internal team management and team and company development.

 

Responsibilities:Account Planning:  Strategy, implementation, innovation and satisfactionDay-to-day management of complex client accounts:  Project management, status reports, maintenance of BarkleyREI process and standardsEnsure account profitability and growth: Plan and adhere to budgets, prepare monthly account reviews, new business developmentEnsure client satisfaction:  Continually keep abreast of client needs and expectations, maintain positive and enjoyable client relationships and deliver superior product

 

Requirements: Minimum five years experience in interactive account management and/or online marketing.Strong strategic skills with a proven track record for delivering complex web project on time and within budgetAn understanding of internet technologies, online marketing tactics and a true passion for the web and how emerging technologies alter media comsumption.Sense of humor
