Our customer is looking for a an Account Supervisor to lead a team of Account Managers.  If you are looking to work for a company that has a group of inspired people with the heart and passion to create meaningful messages, then this is the company for you!The Account Supervisor will be expected to develop an ongoing relationship with senior representatives of assigned clients.This position reports to the Executive Vice President, Director of Client Services.Responsibilities:- Learn and understand clients’ business (including industry categories)- Strategic and execution guidance on all aspects of assigned clients - Develop and review brand strategies, marketing plans, and creative briefs- Monitor and guide activities of internal staff to make sure clients’ needs are being met- Oversee the creative process- Review media plans and creative strategies, interactive strategies, and public relations  efforts, when applicable- Client growth and profitability (including Accounts Receivable management)- Team building – with internal staff and client representatives- Guide career and skill development of assigned Account Manager(s)- Participate in new business opportunities, playing a leading role when appropriateJob Requirements include but are not limited to:- Furniture/Textile Industry specific experience.- BA/BS degree - Must have 6-10 years of marketing or agency experience in Account   Management/Supervision- Exhibit understanding of the role of a long term marketing communications relationship   with existing client- Ability to multi-task- Excellent problem solving skills- Must be organized with strong leadership, analytical, writing, and project management   skills- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint About Ultimate Staffing Want to work with people who care about your personal and professional growth?
