Accounting/Auditing - Billing Representative

Stable advertising agency, with close to 30 years of service to multi-million dollar advertisers.  We have a close knit atmosphere and provide our employees with an outstanding work environment.  We're looking for someone who is career-minded, professional and responsible to fulfill an Accounting / Auditing, Billing position.  The position requires data entry, reconciliation, check processing, periodical finance reporting, billing adjustments, and other general office duties.

Qualified candidates will possess the following skills and attributes:

 3 + years of professional business experience Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Detail oriented to audit and process billing Very good communication skills, both written and verbal Flexible and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment Excellent working knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to function both independently and as part of a team Great work ethic and positive attitude are a must
