Accounting/Finance-Senior Accountant/Analyst (65-75k plus bonus)

Premiere International Global Media/Entertaiment Company is looking for a Senior Accountant/Analyst

Responsibilities will include:

- Consolidate and Report monthly financial results

· Financial Analysis of Balance Sheet and Income Statement

· Reconciling Inter-Company accounts

· Interact with worldwide regional offices to obtain information

· Interact with the company's corporate group and Senior Divisional Executives.

· Establish guidelines, metrics and benchmarking for formulating reporting of profit and loss

-Intercompany billing to all worldwide offices

-Prepare  annual plan and quarterly forecasts

-Prepare quarterly and annual tax packages

-Work with internal and external auditors

-SOX compliance.

 REQUIRED SKILLS:

.3-5 years accounting/finance experience

· Familiarity with a Consolidation system (preferably Cartesis) and Donovan Data Services a plus

· Experience with multi-national accounting dealing with such issues as foreign currency translation

· Preference to work in a "fast paced environment”

· Proactive, "roll-up-the-sleeves", hands-on leader

· Service/ Client oriented

· Solid oral and written communication skills

· Flexible style
