Ad Agency/Client Services/Account Coordinator
We're a full-service marketing communications firm located in downtown Madison, NJ that's looking for a dynamic client services/account coordinator to assist us in servicing our client base.

Specifically, the coordinator will utilize his or her skills and talents in the following areas:
Account servicing: Researching and preparing for client meetings/presentations, addressing all client requests, and establishing and maintaining schedules for project deliverables
Operations and research: Trafficking materials on existing projects, working directly with clients, vendors and partners, and researching radio, print, television and web outlets for media placement
Creative development: Analyzing marketing problems and assisting us in providing each client with effective tools and programs
Job Requirements:
We're a small, growing shop, so this is an ideal position for the individual who's comfortable working in a small office environment, who's excited by the challenges and potential inherent in a small business - and who doesn't want to deal with the limitations that come with a big corporation, or the hassles of the daily NJ to NYC commute.
We're looking for candidates who possess:
• A minimum 2 year experience in an advertising or marketing capacity (either in an
agency or corporate setting)
• Passion: we believe that good employees don't have to be managed - hence,
we're looking for eager self-starters who want to contribute and learn
• Professionalism: since the coordinator will deal with clients and other professionals on a
daily basis, qualities such as confidence, attention to detail and an understanding of how
each interaction affects the organization are key
• Creativity: we're looking for an individual who's excited by the notion of developing
marketing strategies and ideas to help our clients succeed
• A "Full-Service" Attitude: again, we're a small shop; the coordinator will have their
share of day-to-day administrative tasks
• Strong writing skills (an absolute must)
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong MS Office skills
• Although it's not a requirement, a working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
(Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop) is a plus
