Ad Operations Manager

The Ad Operations Manager (AOM) oversees all aspects of DRIVEpm advertising campaign launch, delivery and optimizations. The AOM leverages his/her knowledge of DRIVEpm programs and technologies in conjunction with their Sales territory partners to suggest new products and capabilities to help ensure client performance and grow DRIVEpm partner business. Ongoing, the AOM manages advertising campaign delivery, troubleshoots and QAs creative and technical issues and supplies detailed campaign analysis to territory partners. Additionally, the AOM is responsible for working with DRIVEpm technology providers to identify areas of improvement and/or efficiency and communicate changes and improvements to both internal groups and external clients. Using their ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects and work within tight timelines, is essential to the continued growth of the business. Work with territory partners to forecast client budgets Accurate set-up, delivery and management of client advertising campaigns. Support client revenue growth through identification and communication of sales opportunities Communicate technology issues and enhancements to territory partners Work with cross-departmental groups to identify areas for process and/or technology efficiencies. Provide in-depth analysis and reporting of campaign effectiveness and suggestions for improvements. Collaborate with territory partners to provide ideal solutions for client ad campaigns. Operations technical consultation for internal and external clients. Oversee and test creative implementation with Ad Operations Specialist. Share technical learning internally across client services to empower the DRIVEpm team to make informed decisions and find new opportunities. 1+ years working in online ad operations. Familiarity with 3rd party ad serving systems, Atlas or Accipiter preferred Experience using rich media solutions. Excellent time-management and analytical skills Strong client service skills Experience using Salesforce.com Strong aptitude for identifying problems and areas of improvement. Excellent communication and problem solving skills Ability to handle multiple projects and tight timelines. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
