Ad Operations Specialist

The Ad Operations Specialist (AOS) uses established processes, metrics and data analysis to successfully manage DRIVEpm program operations and troubleshoot and investigate network wide issues. Additionally, the AOS is responsible for all creative implementation, quality control and maintenance within the DRIVEpm network Ongoing, the AOS manages all scheduled network reporting and delivery to internal teams, runs nightly program optimizations and supports Ad Operations Managers with special projects as assigned.   • Traffic all advertising creative (gif/jpeg, flash, third party redirects, rich media) • Perform daily network optimization duties and troubleshoot when issues arise. • Provided scheduled reporting as it relates to delivery QA, DRIVEpm network and client performance. • Work with Ad Operations Managers on ad hoc client reporting and optimization projects • Create month end billing reports • Maintain continuity between DRIVEpm and third party reporting systems • Troubleshoot creative and ad implementation issues. • Create and document job workflows and efficiencies and training materials.     • Excellent time-management and analytical skills • Strong aptitude for identifying problems and areas of improvement. • Excellent communication and problem solving skills • Ability to handle multiple projects and tight timelines. • Desire to advance career in Advertising Operations • Strong client service skills • Experience using Salesforce.com • High proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.   To apply go to: https://jobs-aquantive.icims.com/aquantive_jobs/jobs/candidate/job.jsp?jobid=3684&mode=view Job Title: Ad Operations Specialist Company: aQuantive Corporate Location: Seattle, WA  Job Category: Manufacturing/Production/Operations Career Level: Entry Level Company: aQuantive Corporate Reference Code: 4119
