Ad Traffic Coordinator

ASI is looking for an Ad Traffic Coordinator to serve advertising campaigns on our premier online research tool for the advertising specialty industry and leading ASI web sites. Primary job duties for the Ad Traffic Coordinator are as follows: 1.  Effectively coordinates online advertising by: Executing insertion orders based on specifications including contacting advertisers and gathering creative in a timely manner. Working with customers, editorial and in-house design team on producing creative. Entering orders and creative in 24/7 RealMedia and our internal systems. Managing inventory tracking reports. Proofing, testing and monitoring delivery of ad campaigns. Troubleshooting and communicating issues during the campaign. Pulling inventory and delivery reports as needed. Creating end-of-month billing reports. Requirements Must be analytical and a problem solver. Ability to multi-task and be flexible with day to day duties. Must be good with Excel and able to pick up programs quickly. Internet savvy. Excellent attention to detail. Must be diplomatic and have the ability to work with internal departments and our customers.  Basic HTML knowledge is a plus.
