Job Description Ad Trafficker-National Sales Job Description The Autos division of Cox AutoTrader Publishing (AutoMart.com & AutoExtra.com) seeks a successful individual to join the National Sales Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, highly organized, self-motivated individual interested in joining a fast-paced team. Responsibilities Responsible for scheduling and display of various ad types for the national clients. Maintaining and forecasting inventory data on all Real Media placements. Receive and analyze requests for ad placement; review sales contracts for details. Monitoring ad delivery to meet contracted parameters and suggestions for improvements. Trouble-shooting and problem solving Real Media issues that may arise. Evaluating the ad materials for proper operation within AutoMart & AutoExtra environment. Coordinate with Product/Web Development teams to optimize ad functionality. Qualifications Bachelors Degree 6 months to 1 year experience in online ad operations or with online advertising or marketing Experience with 24/7 Real Media Open Ad Stream and/or working knowledge of an ad server system is preferred (e.g., DART, ZEDO, Atlas, etc.). Experience with campaign trafficking - rich media, standard display, text and re-directs Detail-oriented, have good organizational skills, be able to multi-task, and work well with deadlines. Excellent problem solver, team player, self-starter and ability to think outside the box. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, and PowerPoint are a MUST.
