We currently have a career opportunity for a detail-oriented, ultra organized Administrative Assistant/Client Service Representative to support the Macon Apartment Guide office. Consumer Source, Inc is an extremely disciplined and structured sales organization that aggressively promotes from within and offers a proven track record of stability and growth.

This unique position is a combination of administrative support/duties and, limited face-to-face, client servicing responsibilities and selling.

Responsibilities include:Supporting the Publisher Collections Office duties such as managing supplies, equipment maintenance, etc Report preparation Providing outstanding, proactive service to client base. Limited cold calling and sales presentations. Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications include:3+ yrs. previous Admin & Client Servicing exp.Excellent communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of billing, A/P and collections processes.Strong work ethic.Computer literate w/solid knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel) and Lotus Notes.
