Administrative Coordinator

This part-time position will average 15 hours per week.  Additional time may be required during May, July and October.

Job functions include: coordinate activities and logistics for fundraising events (2per year) to include working with and providing support for committee chairs management of recruitment, registration and communications with event participants coordinate marketing campaign for events with input from committee chairs maintain databases (Excel and File Maker Pro) assist efforts of ommittee chair to identify, solicit and document sponsorships manage grant application process
