Responsibilities:
Maintains Business-to-Business customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; inputting data from sales; compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information, graphs, and presentations; distributing reports.Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions.Produces direct marketing campaigns by targeting and segmenting audiences; coordinating content and graphic development, production, and distribution.Creates mailers, brochures and sales presentations by determining design concept; formatting content and graphics; developing presentation formats and materials; arranging printing and Internet packages.Publishes marketing material by compiling information; researching events; preparing copy; arranging for photographs; developing layout; coordinating printing, Internet and Intranet posting.Maintains marketing and communications library by filing documents and marketing material; checking and replenishing inventory.Works with Web designer to maintain updated web site.Discovers Web marketing opportunities by researching and analyzing e-commerce market and sales data; improving communication by surveying readership; updating web content; increasing traffic to web site; keeping web information current.Coordinate all advertising opportunities including creation of ads; organization of trade agreements; maintain and fulfill publications and online advertising programs.Support conferences and trade shows by developing special promotion materials; organizing exhibit marketing resources; prepares exhibit by coordinating requirements and publicity with exhibit center.Updates job knowledge by tracking e-commerce and web innovations; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.Qualifications:
