Administrative Office Manager

Markeshare Partners is a leading decision sciences firm working withthe world’s leading brands.  We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and experiencedprofessional to join our growing company as Administrative Office Manager.

 

In this role, you will be responsible foroverseeing the smooth and efficient daily office and administrative operationand providing comprehensive support to the HR management and staff. You must be very good with email, calendaringand be energized by operating in a fast growing company.

 

Responsibilitieswill include:

-Managetwo busy executives’ calendar scheduling for internal and external meetings andteleconferences.

-Handleincoming phone calls and exercise judgment in handling requests forappointments and telephone calls; route them to appropriate party and handle onyour own, if necessary.

- Provide general office duties, as needed, such as photocopies,preparation of mailings; preparingcorrespondences (mail, emails, memos, letters, faxes, etc.); preparations for visitors, providing catering services if needed.

-Assist with accountspayables andhandle billing discrepancies.

-Assistw/ lodging and travel arrangements.

-Processexpense reports and reimbursements.

-Handlefacilities-related matters by interfacing with building management and relevantvendors.

-Maintaining records and updating filesand databases

-Handle highly confidential records andinformation with discretion and tact.
