Advertising Account Executive/ Real Estate knowledge

Orange County/Las Vegas marketing and graphic design firm seeking talented Account Executive to work with major corporate clients. As an Account Executive, you’ll play an integral role by building and fostering strong relationships with both our clients providing the highest levels of client service. This will be a great, mid-level opportunity to become a leader in a fast-growing agency. Residential Real Estate or Resort Property experience helpful. All replies confidential.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES

 

· Provide strong client supportTraffic projects through the agency in conjunction with other departmentsPrepare proposalsSupport with billing and budgetingPrepare job estimatesDevelop production schedulesProofread copy, artwork and bluelines; maintain high standards of quality assuranceMarketing budget preparationPublic relations and special event planningClient service reportingCollateral material design planning and coordination

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

 

· 2-3 years of experience (or equivalent)

· Extraordinary eye for detail

· Must be thoroughly proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and have general computer knowledge.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to solve problems under pressure and adapt to changes quickly

· Superior multi-tasking and organizational skills

· Must be a team player with a professional demeanor and positive attitude.

· Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business or related field preferred.

· Previous agency experience is preferred, similar experience/work history a plus.
