Advertising Account Representative- $50k plus Full Benefits, Paid Vacation!

Dex, An R.H. Donnelley ("RHD") Company, is seeking an energetic, ambitious, career and goal oriented telephone sales representatives to sell directional media print and online local commercial search advertising programs to existing and new business accounts in a performance driven environment.

Job duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Assigned specific markets that require servicing through a telephone or mail contact. Responsible for handling and completing their market assignments within workflow guidelines. Responsible for contacting selected assigned accounts for the purpose of selling and servicing by telephone. This requires determining customer needs, recommending and selling proposed white and yellow page advertising programs, and accurately writing an order. All sales tools are utilized.



• Prepares accounts for direct-mail. This may include preparing individual customer letters, new product offerings, and current advertising agreement.



• Involved in special sales and service projects, i.e. assist other sales units to meet objectives, office and product shows, and community affairs.

 





Qualifications



• Two years sales experience or customer service contact



• Negotiation and problem solving skills



• Computer experience
