Advertising agency of one of the global conglomerates is seeking a candidate to lead their finance function - ideally 10+ years exp - industry and CPA are a strong plus.

Position will report to the Agency President and have responsibility for the following:

-will oversee the finance and accounting group, information technology and human resources

-will work closely with the agency president to manage the operations, develop strategies and monitor costs

-Develop annual plans, budgets, forecasts and present to parent company leadership

-Assist in the development of key client fee structures and assist in the negotiation and drafting of client contracts

-monitor and enhance procedures related to internal control issues

-other special projects requested by parent company CFO and others in senior management
