Advertising Sales Support

Responsibility for providing support to a Comcast sales team/territory in an effort to achieve the Company's sales and marketing objectives.

Assist Account Executives in seeking new customers through various prospecting methods including tele-prospecting and direct mail.

Gather research information and data from available sources to assist Account Executives in position in gathering company and its products favorably.

Assist the sales department in maintaining and increasing sales volume from established accounts.

Assist in the development of sales presentations and materials that address customer needs and highlight the benefits of buying our product or service.

Facilitate document production including correspondence, proposals, advertising schedules, and co-op documentation.

Perform administrative duties i.e. typing, filing, processing mail and answering telephones.

Coordinate the flow of information between account executives, traffic, and production departments.

Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and conferences as directed.

Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance is required.

Must be available for overtime or extended hours, as needed.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 1 year related work experience including knowledge of Microsoft Office suits.

Exposure to presentation or desktop publishing software a plus.

Bachelor's degree or recognized equivalent in self-study and work experience.

High proficiency with Excel spreadsheet operations

Excellent interpersonal skills

At least two to three years customer service experience.

Maintain Good Attendance Record

Ability to work flexible hours if necessary. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality

Ability to work overtime, as needed.
