Advertising Sales and Service Assistant

The position is responsible for supporting the media planners in the Azteca America network advertising sales department in all clerical and administrative areas. Responsibilities include (but not limited to) entering sales orders, reconciling invoices and maintaining the quality and accuracy of data in sales databases. This position interfaces with the traffic department as well as outside sales offices. The sales assistant position at Azteca America provides an excellent opportunity to learn advertising sales and marketing concepts and requires willingness and ability to learn about these and other areas of the company and the advertising sales industry at large.

 

Basic Qualifications

·  Undergraduate degree (BA/BS)

·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point)

 

Other Requirements

·  Excellent ability to pay close attention to detail and understand written and oral instructions

·  Excellent ability to organize, schedule work and multitask effectively

·  Spanish language speaker preferred

·  Detail oriented and fast learner a must
