Advertising Solutions Manager

Description:The Advertising Solutions Manager will work closely with a variety of internal functional areas as well as Yahoo, eBay's third party advertising partner to manage and develop eBay US graphical advertising business. The ad solutions manager will be responsible for driving critical initiatives to build and grow our advertising business. Drive advertising initiatives to meet business goals. Collaborate with internal business owners to identify new graphical advertising products. Develop strategic and innovative advertising solutions and customer centric marketing programs leveraging the eBay audience and the various properties within the Yahoo network.   Manage responses to RFPs and prepare sales decks for Yahoo! Ad Sales in collaboration with Yahoo! Ad Solutions Work with Yahoo Ad Solutions team to improve communication and sales support processes, improving ongoing ad sales with existing inventory Work with sales research analyst to develop sales sheets and other training materials necessary educate the Yahoo! Sales team on the eBay value proposition and positioning Work with eBay and Yahoo ad operations to monitor ad product performance and resolve any barriers to release of new ad products on the site Qualifications:We are seeking candidates that are passionate about the online advertising industry and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
