We are growing and have openings for up to three positions in our client services department, two roles, one more strategic/creative in nature and one more tactical. Salary is commensurate with experience.

**DIRECT RESPONSE MARKETING OR FUNDRAISING EXPERIENCE A PLUS**

This position coordinates client-KMA strategy and associated communication.

Key responsibilities:

* Develop meaningful relationships with clients to ensure strong client-agency ties, ensuring highest level of service.

* Help develop and implement the marketing plan, constantly reviewing and modifying as clients needs change to produce the most cost effective, revenue-generating, high impact marketing strategy possible.

* Update and evaluate the results of client projects, make recommendations.

* Assist in the development of proposals for existing and new clients.

Qualifications:

* BS in Marketing or Advertising helpful, but not necessary.

* Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.

* Detail oriented, good follow up strategy critical to success.

* Self-starter, eager to take initiative.

* Good judgment in discerning values of the client.

* Relationship and task oriented.

* Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
