Targetbase is a unique direct marketing agency driven by business intelligence, has a Fortune 500 client base, and specializes in providing actionable insights that turn customer data into profits.  Targetbase, part of Omnicom Group Inc., has its headquarters in Dallas, Texas with an office in Greensboro, North Carolina.

 

This Analyst position requires a combination of Business, Information and QA analyst skills.  The person we are looking fro will have 4-6 years of the following experience.

 

Business Analyst:Contribute to enterprise architecture development from a business needs point of view Balance user requests with technical complexity to find a solution that is cost efficient and satisfies the business needs.Understand and translate business requirements into a format that can be understood and acted on for technical implementation.Analyze and map processes (current state/future state).Coordinate issue resolutions with other project areas where inter-dependencies exist.Work with various business units to gather requirements and resolve issues.Document issues for team review using Adminitrack.Ability to communicate effectively between technical and business teams.Strong and demonstrated application of Business Analyst techniques (including creation of requirements documentation such as Use Cases, etc.).

 

Information Analyst:Support user needs by creating and/or executing decision support tools (aka reports).Create and execute SQL queries as needed for data analysis or issue resolution.Strong  knowledge of Sql and RDBMSOracle and/or DB2 experienceExperience with MS Access.Minimum requirements include 5+ years overall experience in technology solutions.Knowledge of managing, developing and launching technology solutions.Strong data analysis and technical problem solving skills.Basic SAS programming a plus.

 

QA Analyst:Review test cases against Business Rules to ensure complete testing coverage of all planned functionality.Validate baseline test data and test execution results against test cases.Document and communicate defects to team.Technical QA and Validation experience. Ability to create, execute and validate test plans and test cases.Strong attention to detail.
