We are looking for talented Applications Specialist to join our team. This exciting role will support the technical functionality and strategic development of our key business applications (SalesForce.com and Creative Manager Pro). You will be relied upon by the Fishbowl team to ensure our usage of these applications is being optimized to realize maximum efficiencies.

In this role, you would be responsible for:

· Work directly with end users and key stakeholders to identify application needs, translate needs into requirements, and implement workable solutions

· Establish and monitor key metrics to ensure applications meet the business needs

· Manage application requirements and specifications

· Develop documentation, processes, and procedures to facilitate application support

· Champion continuous process improvement

· Monitor and optimize application performance. Asses application needs and make recommendations for hardware and software upgrades and/or updates

· Provide technical support and guidance to end users

· Recommend training to ensure consistent application of policies and procedures in order to meet customer expectations

· Partner with vendors to ensure application usage and deployment are optimized

 

The right fit exists for someone who has following experience:

· 3 years of web-based application management

· 3 years of experience with SQL-based databases

· Demonstrated strong project management skills

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

· Demonstrated ability to manage and develop reporting based on application data

· Demonstrated ability to develop cross-departmental relationships at all levels of the organization

· BS in Computer Sciences is highly desirable

· Experience with SalesForce.com and a CRM is a strong plus

· Experience facilitating technical and end user training is preferred
