Assistant Account Executive

Assistant Account Manager position at GSDM Idea City embedded in the Marketing Department at BMW North America.

Core Responsibilities/Essential Duties

Administration
• Develop and maintain weekly status reports
• Work with Account Manager and Clients to prepare monthly budget reports
• Work with Accounting to ensure accurate and timely billing
• Manage travel, expenses and client/internal contact information
• Own storage, filing and organization responsibilities for team

Execution
• Assist Marketplace Planning with Client information
• Work with Creative Project Management to develop, manage and monitor production schedules/estimates
• Monitor and analyze competitive creative
• Present reports internally and to the client
