Assistant Field Market Manager

OgilvyAction Experiential Group, the North American face-to-face marketing division of OgilvyAction, has an immediate full-time, contract-based opening in the Chicago area for an entry to mid-level marketing professional to support the Midwest Area Manager and Market Manager with strategic management of field marketing platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

- Support management in the hiring and training of an area team consisting of part-time Field Marketing Representatives executing multi-branded promotional and marketing activity.

- Utilize comprehensive e-reporting infrastructure to evaluate productivity and analyze key performance metrics of individual client programs.

- Help drive program results and ensure client expectations and needs are met through proper program execution and field staff management.

- Assist management with logistical and administrative operating functions including materials ordering, field audits and payroll. 

Candidate will have at least two (2) years experience in field marketing, account management and /or special events. Candidate must be agreeable to operating from home-based office, and may be required to maintain regular field travel. EOE
