We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong record of professional achievement to join ROJO, our US Hispanic Marketing Division, as Assistant Marketing Manager.

 

Responsibilities include:Assisting in managing and implementing innovative marketing strategiesConducting industry/product researchAssisting in the production of client pitchesGenerating value-added ideas using a creative approachProject planning, product creation, product performance and creative executionServing as liaison between the marketing division and other functions within the company (creative, business development, legal, and client account management)Multi-tasking and active involvement in a variety of tasksContributing within a team-oriented environment

 

Minimum Qualifications:MUST be Bi-lingual – Reading, Writing and Speaking fluent Spanish & English1 year of marketing and/or agency experience Bachelor’s DegreeExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyGood analytical skillsSuccess-orientedCreativeHigh-energyGreat sense of humorHighly efficient, organized, thorough, and articulateMotivated, reliable, self-starter
