Responsibilities:
Assist in researching and buying print media.Responsible for providing accurate rate information to account services staff, client’s internal production department, and publications.Follows standard company procedures in documenting all buys using DDS PrintpakProvides the necessary follow through reporting for all buys to the accounts services staff or client direct (MRI Runs, Analysis, Post Analysis Reports, Tearsheet checking reports)Works with accounting department to resolve any discrepancies on invoices, negotiates discounts, credits and make goods within the time frame required by the company.Qualifications:
A strong desire to learn and grow in media An affinity for numbers Must be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and WordAn interest in newspapers and magazines Excellent attention to detailExceptional client service and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentThe ability to ask questions, be curious and create excitement Must be extremely articulate and show professionalism
