ASSISTANT CALL CENTER DIRECTOR – The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity to work with the CEO, Director of Sales and Marketing and the Director of Information Technology to devise and implement cutting edge sales initiatives. You will manage the day-to-day operations of a diversified sales team; while further developing a world class call center. To be successful you must be able to develop metrics around specific success criteria and match these metrics to your teams’ strengths and weaknesses.
