Assistant Traffic / Production Coordinator For Worcester Ad Agency

Davis Advertising, a 50+ person ad agency based in downtown Worcester, MA is looking for a full-time Assistant Traffic / Production Coordinator. This person will report directly to the Traffic / Production Manager.


Our agency is losing our amazing Traffic / Production Coordinator when she gives birth at the end of this month!  We are looking for another extroverted, energetic, competent, detail-oriented multi-tasker to fill her shoes!




 Responsibilities will include:

- Reserving space for orders submitted by Account Services staff

- Ensuring copy submitted by Account Services staff is submitted in a timely manner and is correct

- Ensuring Davis meets all publication deadlines

- Proactively soliciting and obtaining fax confirmations from publications in which advertisements are placed

- Tracking all projects
