 The position is in the Business Consulting practice, a dedicated team of professionals who specialize in solving business problems facing companies today.  With a wealth of experience advising global brands on core business issues, the Business Consulting practice provides business solutions tailored to address each client's individual challenges and opportunities.  Much of the group’s work is conducted at the intersection of market forces and public policy – frequently during critical moments of corporate value creation or preservation.  At the heart of the practice is a world-class research function with methodologies and product offerings that enable clients to manage their businesses differently in today's rapidly-changing and increasingly-regulated business environment.

Overall Responsibility

Candidate will work for FD but will spend a significant amount of time embedded at one of the company’s largest clients, a sector-leading global company with a $51 billion market cap at its North American headquarters in Norwalk, CT.  This is a client facing role which requires a candidate who is confident with his or her ability to spend significant time representing FD in front of the client doing everything from interfacing directly with the clients in an advisory capacity, running smaller client projects, writing memos, conducting secondary research and executing tactical elements of a communications strategy.
